Hiito works without an account. Signing in is optional and only used to keep your workout log on our server so you can use it on another phone.

Without signing in

Your workout log, routines, custom exercises and settings stay only on your device. Nothing is sent to us. They are removed when you delete the app, and they are not included in your phone's iCloud or Google backup.

If you sign in

• You sign in with Apple or Google. We receive your email address (with Apple you may choose a private relay address) and an account identifier. We do not receive your password.
• We store your finished workouts (exercises, sets, weights, reps, RPE, notes), routines, custom exercises including their photo, and per-exercise rest times and notes, so they sync between your devices.
• Data is stored on our server in South Korea and sent over encrypted connections.
• We use this data only to provide syncing. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.

Deleting your data

In Settings you can sign out (removes the log from that phone) or delete your account. After you delete your account, it and everything stored on our server are permanently deleted after 30 days.

What the app does not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking.
• No health data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect is read.
• Cues and voice prompts are generated on your device. The app does not use the microphone.
